CLARESIS CULTIVATION

Claresis Cultivation (Lat. cultivatio, also cultura — to cultivate, to care for, to tend) is the strand of self-cultivation within Claresis. It is a space in which embodied practice is developed, deepened, and carried into experiential personal and professional contexts.

Within Claresis, self-cultivation is understood as a continuous process of refinement rather than a goal-oriented effort. Through practice-based creative learning (for example, theatre), a multidimensional understanding of the world is acquired, expanding both perception and the field of awareness. Practices such as Zero Zone Praxis support inner clarity under external pressure, stabilise attention, deepen insight, and enable action to arise directly rather than from first reaction.

Formats often described as coaching or mentoring are approached here as applied forms of self-cultivation. They do not function as services delivered to a client, but as reciprocal processes grounded in embodied attention, trust, and continuity. The emphasis is not on optimisation or correction, but on holding conditions in which mental discernment, perceptual insight, and responsibility within the process remain coherent over time. Such continuity establishes a different quality of life.

Claresis Cultivation operates across both individual and collective contexts. It supports artists, leaders, and professionals whose work requires sustained presence, ethical clarity, and relational sensitivity — particularly in environments shaped by uncertainty, complexity, or pressure. Collective formats include training and creative projects, as well as participation in opportunities offered by partners. The Claresis Theatre School is one such form.
