The Nature of the Guidance
I use Zero Zone Praxis, perception attunements, and attention training, designed to help you see clearly what you already have within you in order to remain in balance.
Zero Zone Praxis does not attempt to change or “fix” a person.
It is not therapy, a teaching system, or a set of instructions, but rather a way of working that helps a person notice how their experience actually forms in the present moment.
The focus is on attention, perception, and presence — the place where fear and tension can become visible without fighting them. From that seeing, clarity and inner movement often begin to emerge.
What Does Zero Zone Praxis Draw Upon?
Zero Zone Praxis brings together:
awareness and attention training,
bodily and experiential perception,
experience from academic, personal, and contemplative practice.
This approach does not add anything to a person nor does it attempt to “fix” them.
The focus is on seeing clearly what is already present, but may have been overshadowed by fear or tension.
Anxiety and inner tension are often experienced not because a situation is unsolvable, but because attention has become entangled in thoughts, judgments, or resistance.
Zero Zone Praxis helps make this visible.
How the Counselling Works
1. What is the current situation
Briefly describe your concern: the cause or manifestation of your uncertainty, confusion, fear, or inner tension.
2. I contact you within 48 hours
I will answer any additional questions and we will agree on a suitable time.
3. Consultation (60 min)
Online and confidential. Fee €60, paid before the meeting.
Further counselling or training sessions take place online 1–2 times per week, according to your rhythm.

About the Guide
The guidance is provided by Tamur Tohver, PhD.
My role is not to teach or direct, but to create a space of clear understanding where a person can experience the clarity of their own perception.
My approach is based on years of experience, academic background, and awareness practice, and has developed into a working method I call Zero Zone Praxis.
Clarity, Boundaries and Responsibility
Counselling does not diagnose, predict, or direct a person’s life.
I do not tell people how they should live or what is “right”. I create a space in which a person can see for themselves.
This guidance does not replace psychiatric or medical care.
In the case of a clinical condition, I always recommend parallel professional support.
A person’s autonomy comes first.
I do not assume authority over a person or interpret their experience on their behalf.
This guidance does not create an emotional or dependency-based relationship.
The boundaries are clear. The space is safe, neutral, and supportive. The techniques learned can be applied independently throughout life, at the moment and place where you need them.
All sessions are confidential.
What is shared remains between the person and myself and is not used for any other purpose.
Everyone moves at their own pace.
I do not push, rush, or expect results.
The focus is not on creating “positive thinking”, but on seeing fear clearly.
Real change arises from seeing, not from pressure.
My role is not that of a motivator or therapist.
My role is to hold a space of clarity where a person can experience their own strength.
